A special thanks to my dear friend "Christy"... She has been a rock for me for so long now, I can't even remember not knowing her!! She works as a 911 Dispatcher, Public Education for calling 911, a single mom, and a Beach Body rep. And she still finds the time to e-mail me nearly everyday.
